On November 7th, 2020, Black Lies Matter sent a letter to President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-president elect Kamala Harris requesting a meeting.
We’re still waiting for their response.
A month later on December 9th, 2020, President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-president elect Kamala Harris met with civil rights leaders. Yet BLM, the largest social and justice movement in history, was not invited.
The world is still waiting for that meeting. Clearly, Black lives still don’t matter to the “new” administration.
This is more proof, as if any were needed, of the necessity of our Sanctuary Zone.
